I provide counseling to individuals and families with a special emphasis on treating young children and adolescents. I have a strong desire to help adolescents with behavioral and emotional difficulties, as well as more serious mental health issues, such as severe depression. I believe it is important for effective counseling to use the truth of God’s word, in the context of a caring relationship to help people find healing and lasting change in their lives.

I have counseling experience working in elementary schools and group homes for at-risk youth, as well as non-profit counseling agencies. I believe there is a great need to provide counseling services for families and children who are either in crisis or just needing extra support in a difficult time. I was born in Santa Rosa and raised in Sonoma County, where I live with my wife of 11 years and our two young daughters. Some of my personal interests include playing the drums, snow boarding, raquetball, reading and playing with my kids.
